2. What Information We Collect
When you reach out to us through the contact form on this site, we collect the following:
- Full name
- Company / store name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Country
- Request type
- Whatever information you share in your message
Outside of this form, the site does not use accounts or collect data automatically, except on the advertising landing page described in section 9.
3. Why We Process It
We process the data you submit only to:
- Evaluate your request and respond to you
- Handle sample, quote, or order processes
- Keep records required by applicable law
We do not share or sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis and Collection Method
Your data is collected electronically, based on your explicit consent, when you check the consent box and submit the contact form.
5. International Data Transfer
The contact form runs on Formspree, a third-party service based in the United States that forwards form submissions to Lorentin by email. As a result, your form data passes through this provider's servers outside Turkey when you submit it. By submitting the form, you also consent to this transfer. Your data is not shared with any other third party.
6. Retention Period
Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to evaluate your request and conduct any resulting business relationship, up to the maximum periods required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Under Turkey's KVKK (and consistent with GDPR-style data protection principles), you may contact us to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about that processing,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your data is transferred,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of your data where legally permitted,
- Request that any correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties your data was shared with,
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,

9. Cookies
The main pages of this site do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only exception is the page you reach from our Google ads (lorentin.com/ro/oferta/): it uses the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited) to measure how many ad visits end in a WhatsApp or e-mail message. Advertising cookies are set only if you choose “Accept” in the banner on that page; if you choose “Refuz” (decline), Google receives only cookieless signals. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing the site's data.
